Returns

• You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.
• To start a return, contact us at escentialsupport@escentials.co with your order number and reason for return.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Personalized or custom-made products
• Gift cards
• Items marked as Final Sale
• Health and hygiene products (e.g., skincare, personal care items) if opened or used

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at escentialsupport@escentials.co.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

Cancellations

• Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once processing begins, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
• If your order has already been shipped, you must follow the return process.
